Easy Returns
At Magga, we take pride in the authenticity and uniqueness of our handwoven sarees. Every saree goes through 3 rounds of extensive quality checks to eliminate any kind of manufacturing defects.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition for Return: Products must be unworn and in their original condition. All returns should include the original packaging.
- Refund to original source only for full priced items
- Refund of products bought with discount will be credited to store credits which can be used to buy another product
Minor Imperfections
Please note that minor thread pulling and other small imperfections often occur in handwoven textiles. These characteristics are intrinsic to the art of hand weaving, underscoring the authenticity and craftsmanship of each saree.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Login to your account - https://account.themagga.com
- Go to your orders page and select the order you want to return
- Click on "return product"
Shipping and Handling
- Domestic Returns: Magga will cover the cost of return shipping for orders within India.
- International Returns: For orders outside of India, a standard return shipping fee of INR 2000 will be charged.
Refunds
If the return is approved after quality validation ensuring that the product is unused, the refund will be processed within 24 hours. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account if the product is bought with full price. For product bought under discount/sale, store credits will be credited instantly.
If the product has clear signs of usage, we will resend the product to you with shipping costs completely bourn by us again.
Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different product must return the original item and place a new order.
