Return and Exchange
At Magga, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you. Please take a moment to review our Exchange and Return Policy to understand the guidelines for returning or exchanging products.
1. Exchange Window:
- Customers have the option to exchange their orders within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Available only in India
2. Non-Returnable Categories:
- Products on sale will not be applicable for return this includes
- When a product has a price slash
- Products that are included in a discount/Price Drop campaign/BOGO(Buy one get one Free)
3. Return Eligibility:
- We reserve the right not to accept returns for products that:
- (i) Appear to have been used, washed, or soiled.
- (ii) Are damaged, except in cases where the return is due to the delivery of damaged goods.
- (iii) Post 3 days of delivery
- (iv) International orders are not applicable for return or exchange
4. Reverse Pickup:
- The reverse pick-up will be initiated through the exchange/return request portal
- We can arrange for a reverse pickup of products upon confirmation by our Customer Experience Team. If you receive a defective product, please send us images at support@themagga.com, and our team will assist you.
Minor Imperfections
Please note that minor thread pulling and other small imperfections often occur in handwoven textiles. These characteristics are intrinsic to the art of handweaving, underscoring the authenticity and craftsmanship of each saree.
5. Shipping and Handling
- Domestic Returns: Magga will cover the cost of return shipping for orders within India.
- International Returns: For orders outside of India, a standard return shipping fee of INR 2000 will be charged.
6. Refund Process:
- For returns, the refunded amount will be credited back into store credits or discount codes. Only full-priced products can be returned and refunded to your source account.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds
If the return is approved after quality validation, the refund will be processed within 24 hours. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your bank account.
Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange an item for a different product must return the original item and place a new order.
